Nails Salon Manager
Our boutique nail salon seeks a professional, dynamic and talented Nails Salon Manager to lead our team.
As a seasoned nails technician with advanced skills in manicure and pedicure services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring smooth salon operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational and problem-solving skills, a vibrant personality and a positive attitude.
Key qualifications include:
* At least 2 years of experience in professional manicure and pedicure services.
* Specialist in Acrylic and Builder Gel (BIAB), pedicure, manicure, shellac nails and gel nails with knowledge of electric filing.
* Excellent custom nail art and finish creation skills.
* Hand and foot spa treatment expertise.
* Experience in coordinating daily operations including phone, email and social media enquiries.
* Proven ability to manage salon operations including supervising staff and organising rosters.
* Strong customer service skills resulting in memorable 5-star experiences.
* Ability to train staff in advanced pedicure and manicure techniques.
* Proficiency in stock control and ordering supplies.

Please note:
* Working hours: Wednesdays to Sundays 9am to 5.30pm, and until 7.30pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
