About The Role: An exciting prospect exists for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the Division of Medical and Interventional Services at John Hunter Hospital.
Role
In this diverse and rewarding role, you will provide vital financial and administrative support to the Finance Manager and the wider finance and revenue team. You will assist in a broad range of financial functions including:
- Processing and reviewing revenue transactions
- Monitoring and allocating expenditure
- Supporting end-of-month accounting and reporting activities
- Providing guidance to clinical staff on income generation rules and regulations
- Contributing to the maintenance and improvement of financial and corporate data quality
You’ll play an important part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of the Division’s financial operations, supporting the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
