Base salary: $83,776.44 – $93,121.41 (plus 17% superannuation, HEW Level 5).

Key Responsibilities
* Provide high‐level, confidential administrative support to the Head of School and leadership team; manage diaries, meetings, correspondence, and priorities.
* Ensure the smooth day‐to‐day running of the School office, including reporting, travel coordination, financial administration, and Workday processing.
* Act as a key point of contact, maintaining effective communication and building strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support School initiatives through project coordination, committee administration, HR processes, and event delivery.

About You
* Relevant qualifications and at least 2 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or secretarial roles (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
* Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Highly developed organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise competing demands, manage workload independently, and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail.
* Proven ability to exercise initiative, sound judgement, and maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to manage relationships, negotiate, and handle sensitive matters professionally.
* Demonstrated commitment to upholding University values, with a professional approach characterised by integrity, respect, and collaboration.
