Support Worker Role: Supporting Individuals with Personal Care and Day-to-Day Activities
We are seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred care and support to individuals in their homes and within the community. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with personal care and day-to-day activities, including bathing, dressing, and medication management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate empathy and compassion when working with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care and day-to-day activities
- Provide positive behaviour support to clients
- Complete documentation through shift notes and incident reporting

Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or higher (or ability to acquire an appropriate qualification)
- Mental health experience preferred
