**About The Role**
Reporting to our CEO, you will ultimately be responsible for providing senior HR advice and guidance while our People, Culture and Safety Manager is on maternity leave. Supported by our People, Culture and Business Coordinator, you will help deliver recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding activities, drive our performance management processes, and be involved in various HR projects.
**This role will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:
- Provide guidance to Leaders on, employment-related queries, award interpretation and legal/regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the development and review of HR policies, procedures, and frameworks.
- Complete data and report management activities for HR.
- Actively identify process improvement opportunities across HR.
**About You**:

- Has at least 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Can develop solid working relationships, coordinating with a wide range of individuals.
- Is a human-centred problem solver and lifelong learner.
- Has strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Possesses meticulous attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing documents, databases and registers.
- Is committed to safety and safe work practices.
- Has a professional, confidential and positive approach to sensitive matters.
- Is highly motivated, reliable and responsive with a desire to provide excellent internal service and support.
