The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Sales Consultant to represent a fast‑moving masterplanned residential community located north of Adelaide. With civil works progressing, homes under construction and growing buyer enquiry, this project offers real momentum and sales confidence.
You will manage the end‑to‑end sales journey — from initial enquiry through to contract — acting as the trusted point of contact for purchasers. Working closely with marketing and project teams, you'll engage buyers, conduct site inspections and appointments, and help communicate the vision of the community as it comes to life.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where your ability to build rapport, manage a pipeline and convert interest into sales will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and convert inbound enquiries from digital channels and on‑site visits
* Build strong relationships with buyers, builders and local stakeholders
* Conduct site appointments, presentations and buyer meetings
* Maintain accurate CRM records, notes and reporting
* Deliver a high‑quality, personalised customer experience from enquiry to settlement
* Work alongside marketing to support lead generation and campaign activity
* Attend community, builder and industry events as required
* Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to project success

About You
* Proven sales experience in land estates, real estate, construction or aligned industries
* Agent's Representative or Real Estate Licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
* Confident, professional communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
* CRM experience essential — Salesforce highly regarded
* Results‑driven, organised and motivated to exceed targets
* Comfortable working weekends as part of a rotating roster
* A team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
