Position Overview
Are you a hands-on leader who enjoys building high performing teams and driving operational success? Based in Moorebank, this role leads a team of Service Technicians and Schedulers responsible for delivering maintenance, repairs and service solutions across a defined region. You'll have real ownership of day-to-day field operations, team performance, customer outcomes and safety culture. What You Will Do
* Lead, coach and support a team of field technicians across a busy service region
* Drive team performance, productivity and first-time fix outcomes
* Build a strong safety culture where people feel supported and accountable
* Support scheduling and resource planning to ensure efficient service delivery
* Develop team capability through mentoring, feedback and ongoing training
What We Require
* Experience leading teams within a field service, operations or technical environment
* Strong people leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
* Experience improving team performance and customer outcomes
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A hands-on and solutions focused leadership style
What We Prefer
* Experience within service, construction, facilities, access solutions or technical industries
* Exposure to scheduling or field service management systems
* Trade or technical background highly regarded
