The Opportunity
As their
Category Marketing Manager
, you'll be the strategic force behind how your categories show up in market. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy for high‑profile categories, partnering closely with Buying, Digital, Insights, Brand, and external agencies to drive demand, deliver compelling campaigns, and strengthen customer engagement.

What You'll Do
* Lead the category marketing strategy
, translating customer insights and commercial priorities into innovative, data-led plans.
* Drive integrated omnichannel campaigns
across digital, in-store, social, CRM, PR, and partnerships.
* Collaborate with Buying teams
to shape product positioning, promotional strategies, and go‑to‑market plans.
* Use customer and market insights
to sharpen campaigns, optimise messaging, and influence category growth initiatives.
* Own campaign performance and reporting
, using analytics to measure ROI, uncover opportunities, and improve future activity.
* Partner with creative, media, and agency teams
to deliver best-in-class execution.
* Champion the customer

About You
You're an experienced marketing professional who loves blending creativity with commercial thinking. You enjoy taking ownership, influencing cross‑functional teams, and seeing your strategies play out at scale. You'll bring:
* 5-10 years' marketing experience, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer categories
* Strength in campaign planning and delivery across multiple channels
* Strong commercial acumen and a passion for data-driven decision-making
* Proven ability to operate in a dynamic, high-volume environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills
* A customer-obsessed mindset with a drive to innovate and continuously improve
