Our Bambini Early Learning Centre located in Sunbury is now seeking an Experienced Diploma Lead Educator to join our team on a full-time basis.

About You:
You will:
* Possess demonstrated experience in a similar Early Learning environment.
* Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
* Show a passion for Early Childhood Education and Care.
* Be an inspiring leader and positive role model.
* Hold values to empower children, families and our community.
* Have a strong understanding of EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework), VEYLDF (Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework), the NQS (National Quality Standards) and the Child Safety Standards.
* Have strong knowledge & application in practice of the Child Safe Standards

Your credentials:
* A Diploma or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification
* Have a sound knowledge of and experience with implementing the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards and Child Safety Standards
* Current Working with Children's Check and Police Check
* Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Certificate.
