We are seeking a Full-time skilled and dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal to join our dynamic team at Hope Legal Pty Ltd in Warwick, QLD. As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our legal professionals in the successful completion of property transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience managing conveyancing files in Queensland is preferred.
Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents, lenders, and relevant government bodies.
Assist with the preparation of legal documents such as contracts of sale, settlement statements, and transfer documents.
Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide exceptional client service and keep clients informed throughout the transaction process.
Assist solicitors with additional administrative or legal tasks as required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal is highly regarded.
