About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Spray Painter to apply specialized 2PAC coatings and deliver finishes that pass inspection paint work standards.
This role is part of a busy workshop environment. While painting is a core responsibility, you will also be required to assist with general workshop duties when painting work is not available.

* $45 – $50/hr (casual rate, incl. loading)

Key Responsibilities
* Industrial spray painting using specialized 2PAC coatings
* Preparing surfaces and applying coatings to finishes that pass inspection paint work standards
* Maintaining high quality and consistency across all work
* Assisting with general workshop duties when required
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in industrial spray painting
* Skilled in applying specialized 2PAC coatings
* Ability to consistently produce work that passes inspection paint work standards
* Strong reliability and work ethic (essential)
* Willingness to assist with general workshop tasks, not just painting
* High attention to detail and safety focus
* Able to work full-time hours consistently
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia (Citizen or Permanent Resident required)
