About the Role
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Defence training delivery? Wodonga TAFE is seeking a dynamic and detail-driven Partnership Governance and Administration Officer to join our Strategic Partnerships team. This is your opportunity to be at the heart of transformational training services, managing subcontractor relationships and ensuring excellence in contract performance across our Defence-aligned programs.
Reporting to the Manager Strategic Partnerships, you’ll be the linchpin in coordinating subcontractor performance, compliance, and reporting—ensuring our partnerships deliver on their promise and potential. You’ll also play a key role in coordinating new work requests issued by Defence and delivered by our key partners.
Selected Duties:
- Lead the preparation and coordination of subcontractor annual reviews and performance reporting.
- Standardise and streamline performance metrics across TTS contracts for clear, actionable insights.
- Support the management and oversight of strategic partnerships, contributing to capability development.
- Maintain and execute subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with Defence and Wodonga TAFE standards.
- Contribute to the coordination and delivery of survey and quote tasking issued by Defence.
- Provide administrative support for technical data lists, invoicing, and subcontractor forums.
About You
Skills & Experience

- Degree in Business Management and related experience
- Experience in relationship management, or contract management and/or experience in contract and customer administration.
- Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Desirable: Experience in Defence and/or service industry contracts.
