About the Role:

* We are seeking an individual to assist with various tasks
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and prepare meats for processing or cutting
* Cut carcasses, sides and quarters into smaller pieces
* Wrap and package prepared meats for sale
* Weigh meat products accurately
* Cut poultry into edible parts
* Pricing of meat products
* Selling meat products to customers
* Grind meats into smaller particles
* Training junior staff in meat cutting techniques
* Slicing cooked meats
* Shaping, lacings and tying roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
