The Role
We're looking for a warm and professional Concierge to be the face of our premium building at 88 Green St. This is a key role responsible for creating exceptional first impressions while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of building operations.
As the first point of contact for tenants, visitors, contractors, and suppliers, you'll deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment. You'll also support core building functions, including front-of-house services, security, facilities coordination, and emergency procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet all building users with genuine warmth and professionalism
* Act as the go-to for phone, email, and in-person enquiries
* Proactively resolve complaints and provide helpful, creative solutions
* Share building knowledge and local area information to enhance the tenant experience
Building Security & Operations
* Monitor building access and report unauthorised activity
* Manage access permissions and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
* Oversee technical systems like lifts, security, and building automation
* Ensure the building is secure and well-presented at the end of each day
Service Coordination
* Manage courier deliveries and assist with timely tenant collections
* Maintain tenant communication platform,s including databases and building app content
* Coordinate with maintenance teams and service providers
* Act as Chief Fire Warden and provide First Aid support when needed
About You
* Prior experience in building concierge, facilities, or property management
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities under pressure
* High attention to detail and organisational ability
* A proactive, professional, and customer-first mindset
* Familiarity with platforms like Equiem, Integriti, or similar
* Current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Chief Fire Warden training (or willingness to complete)
* Understanding of OHS and emergency protocols
