Atom Resources is a specialist Construction, Property and Engineering Recruitment agency in Australia. Founded in February 2016, we recruit throughout Australia from our offices in Sydney Gosford, and Perth and we have grown to a team of 25 internal staff.
We are excited to offer the opportunity for an experienced Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Gosford, helping to take our business to the next level!
This role is a full-time position for a 360 recruiter, focused on recruiting trades throughout NSW and Australia.
You will be joining a team where all other recruiters are hitting targets, providing a great culture of support to help get you up to speed quickly.
This role would suit an ambitious hands on experienced recruiter within the construction industry who is excited about the challenge of contributing to a growing team with exciting targets!
You will already be based on the NSW Central Coast or looking to relocate from Sydney.
What you need?
* Two years full-time work experience as a Recruitment Consultant, or
* A Bachelor degree (or higher) qualification in a related field, and two years full time post qualification work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good IT skills
* Valid driving license
