About the opportunity
As a Customer Service Consultant, you'll be the voice and heart of our brand, engaging with customers across multiple channels from our Head Office in Warwick Farm.
Key Responsibilities
- Proven customer service experience with strong technical capability
- Positive, friendly approach with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Confidently handle inbound calls and online service appointment enquiries
- Accurately create and manage service appointments within the database
- Monitor and action all correspondence in the department mailbox
- Conduct outbound calls/SMS and liaise with service and sales teams to support customers
About you
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner
- A proven customer service experience with the ability to engage a diverse range of customers
- A strong multitasking ability combined with high attention to detail
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‐paced, busy environment
