We’re looking for a proactive and capable Real Estate VA to support a busy, top-performing real estate agency in regional NSW. This is a remote opportunity to work with a professional, community-focused team that values precision, initiative, and trust.

Responsibilities:
* Provide virtual admin support for sales and property management
* Manage CRM data, follow-ups, and scheduling
* Prepare listing kits, contracts, and property marketing materials
* Assist with inbox and document management
* Coordinate inspections, appointments, and client communications
* Conduct property research and prepare reports
* Keep everything organized — often before being asked
* Naturally proactive, resourceful, and reliable
* Experienced in real estate admin (Australia or US preferred)
* Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Slack, and CRMs (e.g., Rex, VaultRE)
* Obsessed with accuracy and deadlines
* Bonus: understanding of NSW real estate compliance and workflows
