The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day running of the store. This includes managing staff, maintaining stock and deliveries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and streamlining operations.
* Lead and motivate a small team of staff to deliver exceptional results
* Ensure excellent customer service and a welcoming store environment
* Oversee stock control, ordering, and merchandising to drive sales growth
* Monitor performance metrics and contribute to business development
* Handle daily admin tasks, including cashing up, banking, and health & safety compliance
Requirements
We're looking for someone with previous retail management experience, strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organisational abilities, a proactive approach, and a genuine interest in the local community and customer needs.
