**The Opportunity**
**What you'll do**
Our Leading Hands are great communicators who build trust through leading by example. Working closely with our Service Manager, you will be responsible for a team of at least 15 technicians. You'll build relationships with our teams through the quality, reliability and efficiency of your work.
**_What your day will look like?_**
- Providing guidance and training to your technicians
- Have great communication with your team and our customers
- Responsible for carrying out assigned general repairs and servicing work on a variety of agricultural machinery
- Complete daily job sheets and time sheets
- Provide outstanding all-round service to our customers
- Maintain a safe & clean workspace
- Supporting your team by providing solutions and encouraging new ideas.
- Motivating your team and incorporate the Intersales core values, journey and vision.
- Current Diesel or Plant Mechanic Certificate - Required
- Current class C (or higher) drivers licence - Required
