We specialise in the design and manufacture of prefabricated timber roof trusses and wall frames, producing high‐quality products supported by a skilled and collaborative team.
About the Role
We are looking for experienced Detailers or Estimators, as well as recent graduates (Certificate IV or Diploma in Building & Construction) ready to begin their career as a Trainee Detailer.
You'll work closely with senior team members, receive comprehensive training, and become a valued part of a supportive, professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for timber trusses and frames
• Produce cost estimates and proposals for residential and commercial projects
• Communicate with clients to gather and clarify project requirements
• Interpret architectural and engineering plans with confidence
• Work efficiently with prefabrication design software and internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver high‐quality outcomes
• Use Pryda software (experience preferred; training provided)
What You Bring
• Strong computer skills
• Experience as a Detailer or Estimator (preferred), ideally in timber trusses and frames
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
• A genuine interest in construction and prefabrication
