As part of our multidisciplinary earth and environmental services business, you will:
* Manage and support site investigations, environmental due diligence, portfolio assessments, remediation planning, and validation activities
* Work on diverse sites across commercial, industrial, petroleum and other sectors
* Balance technical work (field and office), project management, and team development
Key Responsibilities:
Recent Project Highlights:
* Major SA road infrastructure projects: Environmental and geotechnical assessments including Torrens to Darlington and Main South Road Upgrade
* New Women's and Children's Hospital: Preliminary soil, groundwater, and geotechnical investigations
* Redevelopment initiatives: Former Thebarton Bioscience Precinct and Royal Adelaide Hospital
* Property development support: Due diligence, environmental duty assessments, remediation and construction advisory
* EPA Assessment Areas and regulatory monitoring for licensed sites
Requirements:
A team-oriented problem solver with a collaborative spirit and a commitment to environmental excellence.
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5–8 years' experience in site contamination assessment, management, and delivery
* Proven strength in design, implementation, interpretation of environmental data and delivery of Contaminated Land Projects
* Technical knowledge across contaminants, environmental media, sampling, and remediation technologies (soil, groundwater, gas, etc.)
* Familiarity with local environmental regulations and assessment standards
* A record of excellence in client and project management
* Passion for mentoring junior staff and contributing to a high-performing, supportive culture
