Major Development Project Lead
CQUniversity is seeking a seasoned project lead to oversee a major campus development project in Cairns.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and completion
* Oversee stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management
* Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery
Requirements
* Demonstrated experience leading major infrastructure projects with all phases—from design and tendering to construction, commissioning, and completion
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors to achieve project outcomes
* Sound knowledge of project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting
