* You will also be responsible for training researchers and students in digital best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the department's data management strategy, ensuring compliance with FAIR principles and Open Science.
2. Develop and support digital workflows, including adoption of ELN/LIMS and integration of instruments, sensors, and databases.
3. Manage automated laboratory platforms, ensuring safe use, maintenance, and reliable data collection.
4. Support researchers in designing end-to-end data strategies for projects and grants, including AI/ML opportunities.
