About The Role
In this role, you will join an interdisciplinary team that aims to provide a high-quality specialist rehabilitation service to clients of the MWBIRP. This position provides case management services to adults undertaking community rehabilitation with MWBIRP. This will include the assessment of client needs and the development and implementation of treatment programs for adult clients with cognitive, behavioural, psychological, communication and physical difficulties. Treatment programs could include both individual and group interventions. This position is a community-based role and will involve driving to see clients in their communities. Clients are usually residents in the Bathurst Region and surrounding areas (listed in the original job description).
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary health care team, providing high quality services to patients/clients of the Western NSW Local Health District to meet their health and wellbeing needs.
