That's why, we're looking for ambitious people like yourself to join the team.**What you'll be doing**Reporting into the Head of Workplace and Procurement, you will play a pivotal role in leading PEXA Group's technology procurement strategy and supplier relationships. This strategic position will lead commercial and procurement activities within the technology domain, ensuring alignment with PEXA Group Technology's objectives and driving value through effective supplier management.**Key Responsibilities**- Work closely with the CTO and their teams to lead a commercially focussed approach to meet PEXA's Technology Strategy- Develop and maintain robust procurement frameworks and processes, ensuring strategic suppliers meet performance objectives- Negotiate effective commercial supply partners across software, SaaS and IT Professional Services- Work across functions to ensure current and future Technology needs are met- Identify market leaders and suppliers that best meet PEXA goals- Lead the Technology Procurement Function partnering with the CTO and key stakeholders Provide procurement expertise and guidance to stakeholders and other team members- Drive best practice procurement methodologies including the management of IT supplier governance ensuring Quarterly- Business Reviews are outcome focussed- Manage commercial risk register and lead the management and escalation of issues**What you'll bring to the table**- Extensive experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, ideally in Tech or Finance industries- Experience managing IT suppliers with flagship suppliers being highly regarded (e.g. AWS)- Ability to manage complex contract negotiations across diverse categories in Technology- Solid knowledge of the evolving technology space with a curious mindset to support the evolving tech landscape and provide insights the Technology Leadership Team at PEXA- Strategic mindset to ensure key suppliers support PEXA's long term objectives- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills**A career at PEXA starts with you**If you think you have the required skills, an appetite to learn and would be a great fit, we'd love to hear from you – even if you don't tick all the boxes.
