Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic barista / ALLROUNDER to join our fast-paced, high-volume team at 2 Left Sisters. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and be passionate about providing exceptional service while crafting quality coffee.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks to customer specifications.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
* Handle high-volume orders during peak hours with speed and accuracy.
* Assist customers with menu items, offering recommendations and answering questions.
* Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines efficiently.
* Ensure that the cafe area is always stocked and organized.
* Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
* Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of barista experience (preferably in a high-volume setting).
* Strong knowledge of coffee, espresso, and other cafe beverages.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* SATURDAY availability is a must. ON A ROTATING ROSTER
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
* Positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coffee!
