Job Description
The Change Lead is responsible for providing district frameworks, oversight and direction to the Facility Change Coordinators to align future models of care with the vision and direction of the organisation.
Responsibilities
* To provide guidance and advice to the onsite Facility Change Coordinators across each project, as well as be deployed to projects as required.
* To oversee effective change in a healthcare setting, including consultation, managing operational requirements, communications and risk management.
Requirements
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline or relevant equivalent work experience.
* Registered Nurse who holds a current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA), with extensive clinical and senior management experience.
* Excellent negotiation, decision-making and influencing skills including the ability to interact constructively and collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders, throughout all organisational levels.
* Project management experience including delivery of outcomes on time and within budget.
* High-level knowledge of the inter-relationship between models of care, facility development and design and departmental operational policies and procedures.
* Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in the application of Healthcare Redesign Methodology (Redesign) and the Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM) to healthcare environments, ensuring effective organisational change and the realisation of business benefits.
