The Role
Millennium is seeking an experienced Assistant ISM to join our team on a part time basis at our busy retail facility.
* Support Daily Facility Operations
* Assist in conducting facility inspections and safety audits.
* Keep documentation updated for compliance (e.g., fire safety, waste disposal, emergency protocols).
* Track and escape unresolved issues to the ISM or appropriate team.
About You
* Previous experience in Facilities Maintenance would be ideal.
* Clear and professional communication with internal teams, vendors, and management.
* Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
* Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations and audit procedures.
* Prioritising tasks and managing multiple service requests or activities efficiently.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
