About the Role
The Head of Campus is a key leadership position responsible for the overall operation, performance and culture of the Tomaree campus.
With delegated authority from the Principal, this role ensures the campus delivers high-quality education aligned with NSW Education Standards, funding requirements and Alesco Senior College expectations.
This is a permanent, full-time position at our Tomaree campus.
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Campus oversees:
* Teaching and learning opportunities
* Staff leadership, performance and development
* Student wellbeing and behaviour management
* Compliance, reporting and administrative requirements
* Campus operations, risk and resource management
* Community engagement and promotion of the College
About You
* You live and lead by the values of Inclusion, Integrity and Innovation.
* Experienced educational leader with strong people management capability.
* Qualified Teacher with current NESA registration.
* Confident in balancing operational leadership with classroom teaching.
* Strong communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships.
* Skilled in compliance, systems and meeting deadlines.
* Resilient, solutions-focused and adaptable.
* Committed to creating safe, inclusive and engaging learning environments.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a mainstream or alternative education setting (desirable).
Atwea College requires:
* Valid NSW Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Current National Criminal Police Record Check (or willingness to obtain).
* Child Protection Training (or willingness to complete).
