Insurance Broker Job
We are seeking a talented Insurance Broker to join our Risk Management team. This is a full-time and hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
This role will be based in Melbourne and is pivotal in driving growth, profitability, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of intricate priority accounts.
* Develop, implement, and manage risk management and insurance programs tailored to client needs.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key client decision-makers through regular communication and meetings.
* Expand and retain a high-value portfolio to achieve team objectives.
* Oversee risk and insurance program renewals, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of major insurance categories and relevant regulations.
* Engage in industry events and client functions to build a robust professional network and represent the organization effectively.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year experience in insurance broking with a developing understanding of business and organizational risk management.
* A proven track record of managing client accounts and client engagement.
* Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
* Essential Tier 1 FSRA Compliance; or ANZIIF and tertiary qualification is beneficial but not mandatory.
