In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing Product team, driving innovative design solutions, and ensuring exceptional digital experiences for their customers.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of Design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.Drive strategic Product Design initiatives across the organization, ensuring accessibility and customer needs are at the forefront of all digital products and services.Conduct user research, analyze data, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.Champion and advocate for good design principles across the entire business.Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders.Develop and implement UX best practices and methodologies.Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in UX and Product Design.Qualifications:Proven experience leading and managing high-performing Design teams within large enterprises.Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, including research, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing.Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.Ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate complex design concepts to diverse audiences.A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of successful UX projects.Experience with agile development methodologies.A passion for creating user-centered and accessible digital experiences.When building teams for our clients, Aquent strives to promote and create an open, inclusive, and equal environment in which every employee can flourish.
