Dribond Construction Chemicals is an established Australian manufacturer (since 1975) with production facilities across five mainland states, New Zealand, and Asia. We are expanding our footprint in NSW and are looking for a well-connected industry professional who can make an immediate impact.
This role is not for entry-level salespeople.
We are targeting an experienced operator already selling into the drymix, tiling, waterproofing, concrete repair, or related construction materials market.
Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in drymix or related construction materials is required.
Who We're Looking For
You:
* Already sell drymix or related construction materials
* Have strong relationships with builders, tilers, contractors, hardware stores, and distributors
* Know the key decision-makers in your territory
* Are confident negotiating pricing and closing deals
* Understand margin, volume, and territory growth
* Must be an Australian permanent resident
If you have a contact list you've built over years in the industry — that's exactly what we're looking for.
What You'll Do
* Drive immediate revenue through your existing network
* Aggressively grow market share across Sydney and NSW
* Secure new accounts and convert competitor business
* Negotiate contracts and trading terms
* Deliver product presentations and site visits
* Work autonomously to build your territory
* Provide accurate forecasting and reporting
This is a performance-driven role. You will be measured on growth, margin, and new account acquisition.
