Mass Resources are currently seeking experienced operators for ongoing civil construction works across the Perth metro area, including roads, subdivisions, drainage, and earthworks. We are looking for operators of:
* Haul trucks, Rollers, Watercarts
* Excavators, Loaders and Dozers
* Graders
* Final Trim Operators

About the Role
As a Mobile Plant Operator, your duties may include:
* Operating machinery to support bulk earthworks, site preparation, and road construction
* Assisting crews with site setup, material movement, and general site duties
* Ensuring machinery is used safely, efficiently, and in line with site requirements
* Supporting quality outcomes for final trim/fine grading works
Work is varied, hands-on, and offers the opportunity to gain experience on a wide range of civil projects.

What You'll Need
* Proven experience operating civil construction plant (excavators, dozers, graders, rollers, dump trucks, or final trim machinery)
* Operating Licences
* White Card (Construction Induction Card)
* Driver's licence and reliable transport
* Ability to work across Perth metro sites
* Valid Australian working rights
* Positive, reliable, and safety-focused attitude
