About the Role
As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a hands-on role in supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the store.
This full-time, 38-hour-per-week role offers real leadership experience where you'll coach your team, maintain high service standards, and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
Support daily store operations and ensure smooth performance
Lead, mentor, and train team members to deliver exceptional customer service
Manage stock, deliveries, and inventory levels
Oversee point-of-sale operations and ensure accurate cash handling
Resolve customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Assist with rostering, shift coverage, and team development
Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
Ensure compliance with WHS and safety standards
Carry out administrative and reporting duties in the Store Manager's absence
Lead by example in professionalism, appearance, and conduct
