About You
 * Proven leadership experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants (QSR)
 * Strong operational and business skills, with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction
 * A passion for delivering an authentic and memorable guest experience
 * The ability to remain calm under pressure, think critically, and make informed decisions quickly
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong track record of motivating and inspiring teams
 * A commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer service
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
 * A valid Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
