Job Description:
The Construction Project Manager will be accountable for coordinating and supervising site personnel, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Key responsibilities include preparation of construction programs, managing sub-contractors and trades, preparing and acting on defects reports, and liaising with clients and project managers to ensure construction programs are adhered to.
Requirements:
* A trade background or degree qualification in a relevant field
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience working ideally for a tier 2/3 head contractor
* Proven experience in overseeing sites of circa 30-50 people
* Experience working with steel frames
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven people management skills with the ability to motivate and drive teams
* A team player who can lead by example
* Possess a solid work history with long tenure in roles
