Job Description
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner. This role will play a key part in shaping our company's culture and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. They will also develop programs that promote wellbeing, recognition, career growth, and leadership development.
This is a dynamic role that requires a strong understanding of employment legislation and workforce best practices. The ideal candidate will have senior management experience in People and Culture and/or Human Resources, ideally within the hospitality or service-driven industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing end-to-end workforce planning strategies from recruitment and onboarding to succession planning
* Creating programs that foster a positive work environment and promote wellbeing, recognition, career growth, and leadership development
* Supporting managers in people leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy application
* Driving initiatives to enhance belonging, equity, and inclusive practices across all teams
Requirements
* Senior management experience in People and Culture and/or Human Resources
* Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
* Deep understanding of employment legislation and workforce best practices
* Collaborative and empathetic with a solutions-focused mindset
* Tertiary qualification in a related subject
