* Translate complex processes and jargon into simple, helpful language our members understand
* Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams in agile squads
* Own and maintain our digital content style guide and ensure consistency across channels
* Conduct content audits and leverage member research to identify opportunities and gaps
* Help define our content strategy, contributing to adoption, engagement, and member satisfaction
* Advocate for accessible, inclusive content that aligns with WCAG 2.2 AA standards
* Present ideas, gain stakeholder buy-in, and balance member needs with business goals
What You'll Bring:

* A knack for simplifying complexity and making every word count
* Experience in agile environments and cross-functional squads
* Ability to write with clarity, empathy, and purpose for web, mobile, and app
* Solid understanding of information architecture, content hierarchy, and design systems
* Confidence to take ownership of projects and work autonomously
