Job Description
As a Transformation Professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing change initiatives within the Talent (HR) Team. Your primary goal will be to drive alignment between transformation goals and project execution.
This role can be performed from any of our offices across Australia, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that align with our organization's goals.
* Identify and engage key stakeholders throughout the change process and foster strong relationships to gain support and buy-in for change initiatives.
* Develop and deliver communication plans and training programs to facilitate a smooth transition.
* Monitor the progress of change initiatives and assess effectiveness.
* Lead specific projects, workstreams or deliverables, and support the planning and delivery of Talent-related projects by integrating change activities within broader project timelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in managing end-to-end change, ideally gained from a professional services or complex matrix-style organisational environment.
* Strong understanding of change management methodologies and tools.
* Ability to manage multiple large, complex projects, processes, and/or initiatives.
* Hands-on experience identifying problems at an early stage and solving them, while working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
