We're currently hiring a Senior Asset Finance Credit Analyst to join our team in Geelong at Morris.
This role sits at the heart of our credit function, partnering closely with brokers and our sales team to assess commercial asset finance deals, support smart lending decisions, and help mentor junior team members. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical side of credit and building strong relationships.
We're ideally looking for someone with:
• Experience in asset finance credit assessment or finance broking
• Strong commercial lending analysis skills (servicing, structure, security)
• Confidence working directly with brokers and stakeholders
• Solid documentation and attention to detail
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to coach others
• Great communication and customer service focus
