Are you looking for a rewarding wedding coordination role at one of Queensland's leading wedding venues?


Tiffany's Maleny is searching for an experienced Wedding Coordinator for a part time role Thursday to Sunday


As an integral part of the Tiffany's experience, the successful candidate will have the responsibility of working within the core of the business. Tiffany's Maleny is seeking a career minded wedding coordinator searching for an industry leading venue that offers expert service & coordination.

About the role:

* Conduct viewings of the property for prospective couples, providing expert venue & package knowledge
* Lead planning consultations with already booked couples
* Adhere to daily, weekly & monthly checklists
* Be able to identify changes & adjust wedding/function/event run sheets accordingly
* Assist in developing new processes & procedures to further perfect service & product delivery.
* Provide a contact point for internal & external stakeholders including several different departments, company directors, suppliers, external vendors & more.
* Prepare & distribute wedding/function/event run sheets to a high standard
* Work closely with function management, kitchen & floral design team to ensure perfect planning & execution of weddings/functions/events
* Manage high volumes of email enquiries, phone calls & in person meetings
* Create & sign off on wedding/function/event contracts including generation of invoices

Who you are:

* Strong understanding & a genuine passion for the wedding industry
* Love for checklists, procedures & planning
* Passionate in providing high levels of customer service
* Possess a high level of attention to detail
* Showcase immaculate grooming standards
* Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Possess a fun, energetic, positive & kind attitude

Necessary Skills & Experience:

* Previous experience in a wedding coordination, planning or event sales role
* Proven experience in converting sales leads
* Highly experienced in customer focused roles
* Sales/retail experience preferred
* Experience in social media account management (preferred)
* High level of computer skills
* Experienced in Microsoft office programs
* Be reliable, punctual & professional
* Hold a current drivers license
* Hold or willing to obtain a Queensland RSA certificate
