Your Primary Responsibilities Include:
* Review material requirements and raise purchase orders where required;
* Reporting any changes to purchase orders that may have an impact on the business;
* Coordinate supply chain, monitor and review storage and inventory systems, control stock levels, and track all movements of supplies and finished goods to ensure delivery expectations are met;
* Pricing focused on enabling the company to identify key opportunities for savings;
* Identify areas where you can drive opportunities for process improvement;
* In conjunction with the Supply and Sourcing Manager, negotiate contract specifics including pricing and ensure the requirements of the contract are clearly documented;
* Manage third-party suppliers and identify areas for Continuous Improvements;
* Work with wider teams to hit strategic procurement goals that are set.
