Workplace Educator/Clinical Educator - Residential Aged Care

Opportunity
We are seeking a diligent and experienced Educator and Facilitator to support two of our Residential Aged Care homes as a Workplace Educator. The role involves identifying, managing and facilitating the education, training and compliance needs across all areas of home operations – clinical, hospitality, laundry, cleaning and more – to enhance the performance of our residential aged care teams.
Responsibilities
* Facilitate and deliver ongoing education and training to all employees, supporting compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
* Develop training calendars and plans aligning with maintaining high compliance levels.
* Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes for new employees.
* Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and develop learning plans.
* Support and mentor staff, fostering a positive and collaborative learning environment.
* Utilise blended learning methods and adult learning principles to maximise engagement and competency.
* Monitor and report on compliance with training and onboarding plans, escalating issues as required.
* Collaborate with managers, HR and clinical teams to ensure training aligns with organisational needs.
Qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
* Registered Nurse (AHPRA registration) preferred but not essential.
* Demonstrated experience in delivering education and training programmes, ideally within residential aged care.
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety, Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Willingness to travel to Orange approximately 1 day per week.
* Drivers Licence and vehicle – travel reimbursed.
