National Sales Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a commercially driven sales leader to lead our retail and independent sales channels across Australia and New Zealand. This is a key leadership position that requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy for profitable growth and expansion
* Own forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking of sales channels
* Drive results across Key Accounts, Independents & eCommerce channels
* Identify margin improvements, efficiencies, and ROI opportunities through data analysis and market research
Key Responsibilities:
National Sales Leadership
* Manage major retail relationships including Baby Bunting, Big W, Priceline, Woolworths & The Memo to ensure alignment with business objectives
* Lead range reviews, NPD launches & promotional planning to increase brand visibility and sales
* Negotiate pricing, trade terms & promotional investment to optimize revenue and profitability
* Deliver data-driven insights and reporting to inform business decisions
Sales Operations & Collaboration
* Partner closely with Marketing, Supply Chain & Customer Care teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
* Maintain CRM systems, dashboards & customer data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
* Continuously improve internal sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
