About the Opportunity
The Graduate Research Services (GRS) team provides academic leadership to support the planning, governance, delivery and ongoing improvement of ECU's Higher Degree by Research (HDR) courses and research training offerings. In collaboration with schools and other organisational units, the team supports ECU's Doctoral and Master by Research candidates and supervisors by providing a comprehensive face-to-face and online research skills training program, seminars, academic events and social activities.
The Research Student Support Coordinator will work closely with the Team Leader, Graduate Research Services, the Manager, Graduate Research Services, Associate Deans (Research), and the dedicated GRS team. The role is central to coordinating research support services for doctoral and research master candidates, ensuring quality assurance processes, and strengthening the research culture across the University.

* Previous experience in the Higher Education sector, particularly with respect to postgraduate research students; while not essential, this will be well regarded.
