Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced registered nurse to join our team as a clinical coach. This is a permanent part-time shift worker position working 70 hours per fortnight.
* This role will support and work collaboratively with less experienced members of the healthcare team, participating in orientation, precepting, clinical teaching, overseeing learning experiences, and goal setting for anaesthetic nursing.
* The successful applicant will have current knowledge of and the ability to apply nursing principles, procedures, and evidence-based practices in the delivery of patient/client care in a relevant clinical setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Demonstrated ability to use clinical coaching principles to support professional and clinical development of novice nurses.
* Demonstrated ability to provide clinical leadership to support the nursing management team and to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
