We are a registered NDIS provider offering our clients a mobile community service, telehealth, and in-clinic appointments. About the Position
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy services across the lifespan.
* Assess and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to identify and implement meaningful therapy programs.
* Assess and prescribe home modifications and assistive technology to enhance safety, independence, or quality of life.
* Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goals attainment.
* Communicate with key stakeholders to support client outcomes.
* Engage in professional development opportunities to support growth and best practice delivery.
* Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals.
