This newly created role includes leading a small team, overseeing financial compliance, and offering meaningful advice to the CFO to support effective decision-making. You will also focus on system improvements, reporting, and ensuring that daily financial operations run smoothly. This role is part of a 12-month transition plan from their current CFO, allowing for a structured and practical integration.What you'll need to succeedAs a CA or CPA qualified professional with substantial leadership experience, you will have a demonstrated background in a similar position within a commercial environment. You will have a proven record of leading a finance team and enjoy providing strategic financial advice to the management team to assist with decision-making while remaining hands-on. You will have well-developed communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and an analytical mindset that lends itself to problem-solving.
