IT Solution Delivery Manager
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead our daily operations and project delivery activities. This role combines technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily BAU operations of key platforms, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and SQL-based solutions. They will collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to support platform usage, resolve incidents, and respond to service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage daily BAU operations of key platforms, including Power Platform, SharePoint, and SQL-based solutions.
* Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to support platform usage, resolve incidents, and respond to service requests.
* Coordinate delivery of minor enhancements and updates, ensuring resource utilization is tracked and deadlines are met.
* Support project delivery by overseeing solution design, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
* Conduct platform risk assessments and implement remediation strategies to ensure reliability and compliance.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase automation, reduce manual processes, and enhance system performance.
* Perform capacity planning, license forecasting, and health monitoring across platforms.
* Provide mentoring and technical leadership to junior team members and offshore teams.
* Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on solution design, operations, and lessons learned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL Server, and SharePoint administration and development. They should also have proven experience in managing IT platforms and services in an enterprise environment.
