We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Residential Youth Worker. As part of our dynamic residential unit, you will play a key role in providing a safe and supportive environment for young people.
As a Residential Youth Worker, your primary responsibilities will include responding to the emotional and functional needs of young people, guiding them through essential personal growth, and ensuring their safety and well-being. You will also be responsible for administrative duties and helping to create a warm and supportive household atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualized support to young people in a residential setting
* Respond to emergency situations and provide crisis intervention when necessary
* Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of young people
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to care and support
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential and Out of Home Care) or similar qualification
* 2+ years of experience working with children and young people in a residential setting
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing circumstances
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
